Kinemetrics True Time N.B.S Time Model#- 468-DC   counter decoder receiver satellite This is good stuff.  This is a solid, hard to find model.   Condition -    There appears to be an electric short on this, maybe only needing a new fuse?  I turn this on and off and parts of the LCD screen flash, but it does not stay lit.  It goes black after a second.  SO i cant assure you this will work perfectly, you may need to do some tweeking.   This is why i offering this for such a good deal, because it is AS-IS.     This previously came from GOVT overstock auction.     Will ship international.
