"Hot Stamp Supplies for us Little Guys"     IMPORTANT: This is a flat mica strip heater (1" x 2.5") for Kingsley M50 machines (1-line or 2-line). If you have an M60, M75 or M101 machine, you will need a cylinder heater (or cartridge heater). See eBay item # 291097894045.   • Replaces original Kingsley heaters, complete with all connectors, screws and washers for mounting. • Comes with illustrated instruction sheet for mounting. • When your machine quits heating up, it is almost always the heating element, and very rarely the rheostat. I have rebuilt over 500 Kingsley machines and have replaced only 3 rheostats. • Adds Kelly's Loop (my rather arrogant name for this solution) to eliminate cable wear out at the back of the heater, and extends the cable length to 16 inches. Your old heater probably went bad (or will) because of the up and down motion of the Kingsley printhead, which causes the incoming heater wire to wear out so close to the heater that it cannot be recovered. The experimental design of this new heater, including the addition of 4 inches to the length of the heater cable and incorporating Kelly’s Loop (see picture # 2 in this listing) into its length, should solve this problem and give you several years of heater life. • Ships in a rigid cardboard box, either by Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
