Are they broken, weak or rusted on your Kingsley? Here is your replacement set, along with installation instructions: • A brand new set of steel springs plus two steel replacement Phillips head screws. • Each end of each spring is different. • The round loop on one end is in the middle of the spring (looking from the end) so it can be attached to the printhead eyelet at the bottom. Attach this loop first. With a needle-nosed pliers, open the loop up a little to insert through the eyelet and then compress it back up again. • The round loop at the other end is compressed to the side so it will work better up against the top of housing with the supplied screw. Installation is easier with the Phillips head screws since the screwdriver stays into the screw better. Simply insert screwdriver into the screw, then insert the screw into the loop, then push the screw againt the housing and work it up into the screw hole. $6.00 ************************************************************************************************************************************ ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS I have receive hundreds of orders from across the waters, and I really appreciate every one of them. The USPS assures delivery of international packages to the country of destination, so when the tracking information says "Processed through sort facility" at Miami, New Orleans, New York, San Francisco, Chicago or Los Angeles, it means that the package has been handed off to the postal system of the destination country. eBay considers the package delivered when it reaches the destination country, but, traditionally, I can gather no more information between the time of that exchange and the time the package is ultimately delivered, at which time tracking gives a notice of delivery. But what that country's postal system does with the package can vary greatly. Some packages go to the country's customs office, some are held at who knows where for an indefinite length of time and some are delivered rather quickly. And the same results do not occur for every package to the same county. Recently, I have noticed that more details about the destination country's handling of the package have been included in the tracking information from certain countries, and I assume that this is a trend, and that tracking information will continue to improve. But please don't hold me responsible for what your country does with the package instead of delivering it timely. From more than 10,000 orders I have shipped, I have received 7 or 8 negative feedbacks, and every one of them has to do with delivery of overseas shipments. Most of them were complaints concerning delivery time, over which I have no control. Two of them gave me negative feedback for non-delivery of the packages, which were later delivered, but of course it was too late to correct the feedback. Please don't treat me this way. When you order from me from overseas, I will ship the product quickly, and eBay will send you a tracking number on shipment day. If delivery seems slow, I will always try to help you get your package, but please don't give me negative feedback for slow delivery. I didn't do it.
