This is a Kitagawa F1546-M55 hydraulic actuator in "parts only condition" that was removed from my early 80's Okuma LB-15. We lost control of a bar during machining (bar whip) which caused the "piston" rod or tube (piece that connects to the drawtube) to deform slightly and bend at the very back of the unit. The deformation was enough to create a bad vibration in the machine with the spindle on, however not bad enough to render the unit completely inoperable. It would still open and close properly and did not leak. I removed it and disassembled it to see if it could be fixed but in the end decided to just replace it with a good used unit. This is a great source of parts for someone with a similar actuator. Bearings are all silky smooth and o-rings are good. Like I said actuator portion opened and closed with no issues, but the shaft is bent on very end and has a nasty vibration. I have most of the fasteners, as shown, but no guarantee they are all there. Shipping will be thru UPS in the lower 48 only. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Sold as is where is. No returns.
