These were used until the end of May 2013. They are disconnected from the ancillary required equipment such as a boiler, chiller, or compressor. They were operational until the dry cleaning plant lost its lease and had to close. They were used for a perc system. The chiller is still present and had $500 of repairs done to it just before the plant lost its lease. The plant had just received new steam traps. There are double doors in the back of the building thru which to remove the item. Buyer assumes responsibility for the transport of the item and must show in advance to seller, buyer's certificate of insurance to protect seller and seller's premises from damage and personal injury to any party as a result of the moving of the item.
