Nano silver is a naturally occurring substance and poses no health risks in the quantities the machine disperses. The machine converts ozone gas (O3) back into oxygen (O2) prior to it's release from the sanitizing compartment. The machine has a safety feature to only run when the door is closed. Will this machine eliminate smoke odors? Yes. Common small delicate items such as scarves can be easily deodorized and this includes smoke smell. I need a larger unit, do you carry different models? Yes. The KNS-110 is our smallest unit. We have larger units that can fit 2 pairs of shoes all the way up locker room units which can fit 40 pairs.
