Kluge D series Gripper stud nut and gripper stud 1914 & 1915 BUSINESS HOURS • Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 and we are closed for statutory Holidays. SHIPPING • All orders are shipped out within 1 business day • All orders are shipped via Canada Post; we charge the client the same amount that is quoted to us on www.canadapost.ca, when applicable a small handling fee is added for costs of shipping materials. • We do not ship orders over $100.00 by method that does NOT include a delivery confirmation unless the buyer requests it. If order over $100.00 is shipped via method without delivery confirmation we cannot guarantee it. • A $ 2.00 per $100.00 insurance charge is added to all orders that exceed $100.00 in value. Canada post offers additional insurance coverage for all shipments valued over $100.00 which we chose to utilize to protect both our investment as well as our clients. • We do not ship to P.O. boxes PAYMENTS • Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction ended. • We only ship after amount is paid in full. In an event where buyer does not pay in full or refuses to pay tax as required, we will refund the partial amount (shipping & handling deducted) paid for and cancel the transaction. • Non-paying transaction will be disputed. • Sales tax is applicable to both item and shipping for Canadian buyers. REFUND & EXCHANGE • Only defective products will be offered exchange or refund 14 days after customer has received item. • Contact us ASAP if item is defective. • We have implemented a new marking system to protect ourselves as well as our buyers. • Send the defective item (including all accessories) back to the return address. • Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. • Seller pays for the shipping for resending items while buyers are responsible for the returning shipping.
