Starts up and passes all self test and initializations. comes in good working condition. comes with the upgraded 4.5 software and the software disks. also comes with the original software disks. and the instructions for the upgraded software. It has a mouse and keyboard built in. they are hidden on the inside of the cabinet door. the monitor is touchscreen interface. lights test to be in good condition as shown in the photos. please look at the photos, they are what you will receive.
