Footswitch adapter on the back panel is bent, the video pin adapter plus has been removed from the back of the unit.  Bottom left corner is bent and there is scratching on the bottom right of the back panel.  The screw is bent on the back plug in plate.  All cosmetic issues are pictured above.  No cartridge is available with this listing.  Sold As Is.
