Manufactured Dec 2008, installed 2010. Always under Kodak maintenance agreement   Product Description The Magnus™ 400 Quantum platesetter is Kodak’s top-of-the-line 6-page CTP device. It combines SQUAREspot imaging technology with superior automation capabilities. The Magnus 400 Quantum external drum and thermal head technology deliver top quality and very high productivity. The Magnus 400 Quantum uses Continuous Load (CL) technology to assure productive and convenient loading. After imaging, the plate is unloaded automatically to an inline processor, further streamlining the plate-making process. A field upgrade to the fully automatic Magnus 400 Quantum with single (SCU) or multiple cassette unit (MCU) is also available. Features and Benefits   Very high throughput—up to 32 plates per hour (about 40 plates 4up size) 2-page and 6-page press compatible. (See the press compatibility list.)
