Kodak Trendsetter shaft Tach Encoder Assembly (32-4130A) NEW Description The encoder measures the position and direction of the drum motion. The drum rotational speed is derived from its position. The information from the encoder is used by the drum servo to control drum speed and  to position the image on the plate. The Trendsetter encoder is assembled and aligned at the factory. It is mounted on a drum pin using an encoder mounting adaptor that supports the encoder shaft in a bearing. The encoder shaft is fastened to the drum on threads and fastened to the encoder collar by two set screws. The item will be shipped the next business day after confirmed payment is received - PayPal most welcome.
