Our copiers are sold as is and consumable items are installed with no warranty as to the expected life. Consumables items include, but are not limited to the following: toner, developer, starter, drums, blades, feed rollers, cleaning rollers, pressure rollers, feed tires, corona wires/assemblies, fuser units, lamps, transfer rollers and staples. Copier functions are tested and in working condition before shipment. Actual photos are used unless otherwise specified. Manuals and print drivers are often not included with the copiers but can be obtained by downloading from the manufacturer's website. The item would be sent at the customer's expense, and the old part would need to be returned. Any physical damage to the copier must be noted at the time of delivery, so you could file an insurance claim against the trucking company. It is our policy not to give refunds or take returns. If for any reason a refund or return is granted, no refund will be given for shipping and it is the customers responsibility to return the equipment to our office in the same condition it left our office originally.
