Shipping to a different address than yours: we often prepare our packages right away so we can get them out to you quickly after payment has been received; therefore, if you want an item shipped to a different address than the one you have with PayPal, you need to let us know right away. IF an item is shipped to you and you receive it damages, please save the box and packing material as we will need to file an insurance claim. We will need pictures of the damage to start the claim. Sometimes the insurance claim can take a couple of weeks, so please do no be upset with us over this as it is beyond our control. We always do the best we can to prevent damage, but when dealing with the postal service, it is guaranteed to happen ever so ofter---sorry. PAYMENTS: Payments are due within 4 days of purchase. If a payment hasn’t been received, eBay automatically opens an unpaid item dispute on the 4th day of not receiving payment even if you made other arrangements with us (it’s an automatic eBay thing that we cannot alter). We will wait another 4 days thereafter. If payment is not received by this time, eBay will automatically close the case and relist the item—and you will receive a penalty from eBay in doing so.
