Full-Size Vat/Insert for chocMELTER cM20 Volume 19 quarts Chocolate capacity 44 pounds Dimensions 12-3/4 inch x 20-7/8 inch x 5-15/16 inch high (fits in Winco's full-size steam pan SPJM-106--but only tightly--and SPJM-106 does not fit into Vat) Bright satin finish Space between handle and pan with handle pulled up is 7/8 inch The chocMELTER Vat is a steam-pan insert that comes with and sits in the chocMELTER. The Vat contains the chocolate. Unattached to the chocMELTER, the Vat has slide-up-and-down handles (non-removable) to help you pull up the Vat from the unit.
