The item is in Good cosmetic and working condition. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. There are noticeable scratches on the top, sides and bottom of the device. There is some rusting and noticeable scratches on the rear of the device (see picture #7). All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the device. I was able to connect an audio source to both the front and rear BNC inputs. I was able to connect an in-house speaker to both the front and rear BNC outputs. I was able to run audio through the device and hear it through the speaker. The Response switch was tested to be working. The Low Cut and High Cut knobs were tested to be working. Both 1x-1000x knobs were tested to be working. I was able to clearly hear the change in frequency from low to high. Product is in working condition. The calibration accuracy is ?10%, insertion loss is 0 dB, maximum attenuation is 60 dB, and features floating (ungrounded) operation.
