Number of parts that can be put in the cell = 7 X 24 = 168 pieces Maxium length = 48 inches Maximum width = 15 inches. Height could vary but you would need to remove bars so cell capacity would go down. Current space between the bars = 2 inches. Bar thickness =.5 inches Cycle time for 1 piece, 1 side varies depending on what you program for the sanding station but 1 deck is between 30 secs (virtually no buffing) to maybe 1 minute with 30 secs of buffing That depends what you want it to do. If you load up the cell with 168 pieces and want to do 2 coats on either side with good preparation sanding, you are looking at about 168 * 50 secs * 4 = 560 minutes or 9 hours. This is fully automated with 0 labor to operate. You just need to load and unload it with take about 30-50 minutes to load and 20 minutes to unload. So you labor cost per deck based on 10$ per hour = 1 hour / 168 pieces = .08$ per deck.
