For sale, used Kurt DL400-1 dual station 4" milling vises.I have 2 to choose form, In good to excellent condition overall and work great! Do have a couple minor tool marks shown in the pictures, but does not affect the accuracy or function. Comes with a set of 4 hard jaws per vise. Key slots on bottom for quick set-ups, and (8) 1/4-20 tapped holes for setting up stops on either side. These vises cost nearly $1500 each new! 4" WIDE MANUAL MACHINE VISE HIGH DENSITY DOUBLE STATION MADE IN THE USA! Designed on a rugged 80,000 PSI ductile iron body with steel components, both models provide strength, rigidity and long term accuracy while absorbing machining vibration. Full 3” opening in each station with standard hard jaw system. Maximizes the number of parts in the work envelope. Jaws are index-able 180 degrees. Adjustable pre-load feature allows you to minimize pre-load range thus reducing the turns of the handle to open or close the vise. Holding block features the ability to clamp same or dissimilar sized parts and provides pre-loading ability in the front or back jaw (manual version). Distinctive patented design of the “Kurt Look”. Patented AngLock design. Repeatable clamping to 0.0002”. AngLock design assures the movable jaw does not lift. Hardened jaw plates. Weight: 41 lbs Overall dimensions:20" 4" 5"H
