The Kurt VersatileLock Manual 6" CNC Machine Vise, part number 3600V, is the ultimate single station vise for precision work. Designed with the original, time-proven Kurt AngLock design, this vise prevents upward lifting of parts under heavy clamping loads. Its "pull-type" jaw clamping reduces jaw stationary deflection by at least 80%, while the one-piece body and stationary jaw provide greater strength and reduce weight. This versatile vise can be mounted upright or on either side, and boasts a matched stationary jaw to the keyway, including body height to within В±0.001". It offers 0.0005" clamping repeatability, making it ideal for even the smallest machines with a footprint of just 13". For added benefits, use the Versatile Lock in a vertical or horizontal configuration to make part programming in the "Y axis" positive direction easier and reduce the "reach-over" distance for safer and easier part loading. This vise can be hydraulically operated with a foot or hand actuation, and each vise requires its own intensifier. It comes in excellent condition and includes a handle and hardened vise jaws.
