The motor voltage is 115 and the motor horse power is 3/4. The drum gauge is 5/16 of an inch, the drum diameter is 22 inches, and the drum opening is 17 inches. The overall height is 44 inches, the overall length is 47 inches, and the overall width is 25 inches. The wheel diameter is 13-1/4 inches and the wheel width is 3 inches. We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. It appears that some oil has leaked out of the motor onto the box. There is some corrosion where the handles meet the drum and there are some cosmetic scuffs/scratches around the unit as well. Please refer to the photos for more information.
