Condition is "Used".After calling the Kwik Wall Co. it was determined that this was a VL 8 accordion wall w/ a carpet and most likely a sound rating of 40 (this rating is not guaranteed). The wall is 12 feet long when fully extended. When stacked fully open it is 24 inches long and 14 inches wide. Commercial Accordion Wall Office Divider Ceiling Mounted Tan/beige Color.
