Classic wood finish with green grapes and leaves stenciled on work. Banister back rises from a natural finish plank seat. Hitchcock signature on back. The chair stands 33" tall and the seat is 17" wide and 16" deep. ****Believed to be 1955 - 2006 All chairs were signed how we usually see them with the "L. HITCHCOCK HITCHCOCKSVILLE CONN WARRANTED" With the backwards "n"s and registered trademark. The registered trademark is not always there because it could be missed when the stenciling is done, or it would rub off. I have seen more than a few blurry or incomplete signatures.
