If you send your payment without my invoice and the cost of shipment is lower, than expected, YOU WILL NOT be refunded, but if the cost of shipment is HIGHER, you will be asked to PAY an ADDITIONAL AMOUNT + 30 cents to cover the balance, even if it is 5 cents. The shipping cost will be shown on your postage label (I do not print labels with hidden shipping cost).
