Throughly and carefully disassembled, inspected, and cleaned. This is in EXCELLENT condition. All moving parts were cleaned and re-greased. No missing parts, it is complete. It is not perfect, there are a few blemishes which I was careful to take close up pictures of; Slight crack in corner of plastic (not on the grounds holder but the plastic behind it, the round grounds holder is perfect), slight abrasion marks on stainless steel from previous cleaning, tiny paint chipping on base, handle marked, minor nicks here and there. See pictures 16, 17 & 18. (The abrasion on the stainless only shows up in the right reflected light, otherwise the stainless is in excellent, clean condition. It is just clean, there is no protectant on it.) This grinder purrs quietly, and is built like a tank. Burrs have lots of life left. Counter reads 8000.
