OK, I admit it. I am espresso fanatic. And you are NOT going to see the same old boring cut and pasted story here.I have been into espresso since 1992. We operate a complete sales and service facility in Los Angeles. I have had a dozen or more espresso machines and grinders. The were all good in their own way, and fell short in many others. I have had La Spaziale machines and sold many of them for over five years. I recently updated my machine to the new DREAM. WOW! What a well named machine! It was love at first sight. Why? Barista LIGHTS! no more black hole effect, even in a dark room. Complete information about the status of the machine right there on the display Digital display of line water and brew pressures in real time WHEN the machine is supposed to start in the morning and when it will shut off. by each day of the week if you wish! Or auto shutoff -- you start it, and it will go off after whatever period you choose. FOUR independent user profiles that YOU can name -- controlling ALL parameters Time of day display Brew boiler temp. is displayed at all times Steam boiler status (on/off) AND temp. is displayed at all times Analog steam pressure gauge on the front panel -- if you care. Brew water flow progress bar and time of shot in seconds -- It dwells on the display for 5 seconds so that you have time to view it and understand. One moving part -- UNLIKE the archaic E61 chrome NO electronics mounted high in the machine -- saving them from searing heat and a slow death NO electronics mounted UNDER the machine -- saving them from WATER exposure, and near certain death. 15 or 20 amp operation, selectable -- (on the DREAM, right from the screen) TANK (non-plumbed) version available In short, this machine is more advanced and more useable, and controllable than any other espresso machine out there. And, I am including the huge professional, commercial machines out there today. Machines that have one or two line alphanumeric displays, and REQUIRE you to pull out the manual, every time.
