This is a used machine that is in excellent condition and has been well maintained and infrequently used. Comes with all accessories listed in pictures and a printed manual. The Vivaldi II by La Spaziale is a high performance espresso machine that is designed for the office and the high end home user. The Vivaldi II has many great features, including a patented coffee delivery system, dual high performance boilers, and direct plumbing that eliminate the inconvenience of water reservoir refills. The machine produces outstanding dry steam for drinks like lattes and cappuccinos using a design that takes steam from the top of the boiler. Features of the S1 Mini Vivaldi II Two Boiler Brewing and Steaming System As most coffee aficionados know, dual boiler espresso machines are much better than single boiler systems in terms of both temperature stability and user convenience. One 2.5 liter boiler is dedicated for steaming and hot water production. The other boiler is a .45 liter boiler that is dedicated to brewing. Having two boilers enables you to brew and steam at the same time with no wait time. Both boilers can be turned on or off separately depending on your specific needs. To prevent the boiler from running empty and for additional temperature stability, the Vivaldi II has an automatic refill feature that keeps the boilers filled to optimal levels. Pre-Infusion A very unique feature on the Vivildi II is it’s pre-infusion technology – both the pre-infusion time and the volume of water used are programmable for ultimate control. It’s a feature that is usually only found on high priced commercial machines. Exceptional Temperature Control The temperatures in both the brewing and steaming boilers are controlled through sensors that detect temperature drops immediately. When lower temperatures are detected, the heating element is turned on to increase it, providing the temperature consistency needed to produce the best shots of espresso and the driest steam possible. An LED display on the front of the machine allows users to easily adjust the temperature in increments of 1°C using a temperature selector. Volumetric Dosing Buttons The Vivaldi II has single and double shot brew buttons that can be programmed to deliver the exact amount of espresso that is desired by the user. Once the buttons are programmed, your machine will deliver consistent amounts of espresso every time each button is pushed. Hot Water Dispenser and Steam Wand You will be able to produce some of the smoothest, most uniform microfoam around with the swivel mounted, stainless steel steam wand. The wand has a uniquely designed, four .9mm hole tip that enables the excellent microfoam production. Hot water is available through a dispenser next to the steam wand.
