This unit was removed from The State of North Carolina during an upgrade and was functional when removed. We powered it on and it is 100% functional. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with some very minimal scuffs and scratches (please see pictures). The suction cup feet need to be replaced as it will shaker across the counter.
