The unit is in very good physical condition and appears to be functional EXCEPT that the fan on top needs the motor replaced. As I recall I was able to get the fan running some years ago but before I could get pictures it got buried in the corner and has just been sitting. Heat works, thermostat appears to be functional and when it exceeded the Hi Safety limit a very loud ringer went off. When I get this piece completely disinterred I will take a look at what is involved in replacing the fan motor. Until then it is untested other than as described, sold as is, and NO warranty is offered. Given the shipping costs involved and the fact that you know it needs a new fan motor please buy it to own it, as no returns will be accepted. It is up to you to decide whether that level of risk is acceptable to you, and if not you need to pass on this particular item.
