Buyer must provide photos of any damage so that we may present those to the consignor who offered the piece. Many times, a return will be requested, depending on the item, because we mark (invisibly) every item that goes out for delivery so that we know, if there is a return, that it is the same item that was initially sent. I know this sounds "over the top" but the few people out there making a living from "scamming" people have made it difficult for us honest people. Since we do operate a retail facility, all items are subject to prior sale. We try very hard to remove the sold items from our listings as soon as they are sold, but again, we are human and sometimes do make mistakes. We sell a LOT of glassware and are very careful about the packaging of it. We use a LOT of bubble wrap. There is, included in shipping charges, a small percentage to help offset the cost of packaging materials. About Us We are an ebay consignment store.
