TESTING & COSMETIC NOTES: This is a UNKNOWN CONDITION item in GOOD cosmetic condition that IS NOT TESTED and is SOLD AS-IS / NOT GUARANTEED When plugged in the rotor starting spinning, there was no noise aside from a whistling sound from the rotor. There was no shaking of the unit while the rotor spun and once the rotor off-button was pressed the rotor slowed to a stop. We set the heater temperature to 35C and allowed the rotor to spin for 5 minutes, after the rotor stopped we opened the cover and took a temperature reading that showed 33.1C. The gauge is damaged but did move after 20 seconds of the rotor spinning, view photo for detail.
