Description:  Spinthariscope SR-2  is a device  to demonstrate experiments on nuclear physics used to        Visual observation of the particles caused by the decay of radioactive elements in natural minerals and ores*        Visual observation of alpha particle decay of radon in natural minerals and ores        Measuring the run length of alpha particles in air        Measuring the energy of alpha particles * Also you can watch alpha radiation from artificial sources (source Am-241 from a smoke detector, control sources of radiation instruments and others) For demonstrations and experiments need: • Any alpha source (artificial or natural) • Uranium-containing minerals or other sources of radon emanation • Alpha sources with different energy (an energy measurement of decay) Parameters.: • Registered radiation: alpha • Screen: ZnS(Ag) • Dimensions: 14mm x 14mm x 130mm  • Weight: 20g.  Included with the device also includes: • 1 spare screen ZnS(Ag) (in case of damage to main) • 4 protective screen (to prevent damage to the main screen, as well as to reduce its wear and tear from exposure to alpha-particles) • 1 swab to clean the lens The goods are sent by mail all over the world in a safe packing.
