Laerdal ALS Simulator with SimPad Includes everything pictured: - Laerdal ALS Simulator Manikin - SimPad w/ Case - see notes - Second SimPad with SkillReporter only - LinkBox for SimPad - Battery for LinkBox (makes this a wireless simulator) - 5 Extra Neck skins - 2 IO Inserts - 1 Pneumothorax replacement bladder set - used? - 5 Chest tube inserts - Clothing Set Backboard not included. $50 additional for local sale only. This manikin is in good used condition. It does have some issues. Tested as follows: - Radial and left carotid are strong. Right carotid and brachial are absent. - Lung and vocal sounds work great. - Air tank in left leg holds air and automatic chest rise works. - ECG and defib work but it’s missing one defib stud. - The tongue swelling and pneumothorax bladders all hold air; these are manual inflation with hand pump at left side. - SimPad #1 works but sometimes gets stuck in a reboot loop. Not able to reproduce now so it may have been related to very low battery. As with all original SimPad scan sometimes be slow to respond to touch. Slow and deliberate with pad sitting on table always seems to work best. - SimPad #2 does not have the software to run this manikin. It has SkillReporter only and is for use with QCPR manikins. It may be possible to move the license from #1 to #2 but I’m not sure on that. - No chargers included. They are available from Laerdal. This manikin is sold for repair. It is therefore as-is with no returns for any reason. All electronics are included and were tested as above, but since it’s already acting up I don’t guarantee that these features will work. Assume you are buying this as a task trainer manikin.
