Laerdal ALS Simulator with SimPad Includes everything pictured: - Laerdal ALS Simulator Manikin - SimPad w/ Case - LinkBox for SimPad - Battery for LinkBox (makes this a wireless simulator) - LinkBox and battery strap - 1 Charger (works for SimPad and LinkBox) - Defib Cable (Philips connector but do have adapters if needed) - Air pump (for automatic chest rise) - Extension cables - 1 Extra Chest skin - 6 Extra Neck skins - 1 Pupil Set - 2 IO Inserts - 1 Pneumothorax replacement bladder set - 5 Chest tube inserts - BP Cuff (missing gauge) - Clothing Set - Accessories Bag Backboard not included. $50 additional for local sale only. This manikin is in good used condition. Radial and brachial pulses are strong. Carotid pulses are present but a bit weak. Lung and vocal sounds work great. Air tank in left leg holds air and automatic chest rise works perfectly. ECG and defib work; you can deliver live energy to this manikin. The tongue swelling and pneumothorax bladders all hold air; these are manual inflation with hand pump at left side. The SimPad works but as with all original SimPad scan sometimes be slow to respond to touch. Slow and deliberate with pad sitting on table always seems to work best. Missing one IM injection pad and the gauge for the BP cuff; any standard BP gauge can be used. I do have an original box and packing materials for this manikin. I have a second manikin with fewer accessories that I will also sell.
