This Laerdal 211-00050 SimMan Training Manikin Full Body Patient Simulator was purchased from a University here in Miami. It appears to be in clean condition with the exception of a few light ink marks on it. The left arm has a crack on it but it does not affect the arm (easy repair), skin is missing around neck and the genitals are missing.
