 The Laerdal Stifneck Extrication Collar is a one-piece rigid cervical collar developed specifically for pre-hospital care. Collar maintains the cervical spine in a safe, neutral position (when properly sized and applied). The single-piece design ensures rapid application with minimal spine manipulation whether the patient is sitting or supine. It features simple sizing method and distinct, color-coded straps and labels for easy identification.The collars provide outstanding motion restriction without hyperextension or limiting access to airway, and an oversized tracheal hole enables pulse checks and advanced airway procedures.
