Yes!   Make all the sounds you want.   Test things you've never tested before.  Selling is "as is / for parts" but it sort of works.   I say sort of because what I did is I hooked up the outputs to a phono plug and then put into a powered speaker.  I turned it on and I could change all the frequencies as intended.  It sounded really cool-- could be a musical instrument in the right hands.  But-- and here's the bad part-- after about 15 minutes the sound petered out.  I turned the unit off and then when I turned it back on the power lights up, but there is no sound.  However, if you wait about an hour before turning it back on again, it reverts back to its working state.   I don't know enough about electronics to know what the issue is-- could be a capacitor?-- but again in the right hands the baby can be put to good use.
