We pass on our high volume discounts to our customers to make the freight affordable and trouble-free.<br> Residential Delivery<br> The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the machine has left our facility your shipment will be assigned a PRO number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website that you will be able to monitor your shipment. We always request an appointment for delivery and generally the freight company will contact you a few days in advance to set up a scheduled appointment for delivery. For residential delivery the freight company provide a lift gate to off load your product. Large, oversize, or overweight items may not be suitable for lift-gate delivery, customers can collect the product at the terminal or contact Laguna Tools for further details.<br> The driver will deliver to curbside only. If you want the machine delivered within your premises there is an additional charge, generally our customers find this cost prohibitive. Laguna Tools recommends that customers prepare for the shipment delivery by having the correct equipment ready and additional people to help as needed with the shipment.<br> Business Delivery<br> Refer to residential delivery. If a lift gate is not required please specify this in the comment section in the order.<br> Damaged Shipments<br> We select our carriers carefully based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, on occasion damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim (if needed) process. We ask customers to notify us within 24 hours of any damage sustained to the packaging and or products. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Items that have been opened and then returned are subject to inspection and the refund amount will be charged. Shipping costs will be paid for by customer unless the order was an error on the end of Laguna Tools. When an (RMA) return merchandise authorization number is issued the customer has 30 days to return the part or that number is cancelled and the return will not be accepted. The refund may take a few more days to post on to the account depending on the credit company. If item was paid for through cash or check refund will be paid by check.
