An additional $70.00 will be charged for a residential delivery. If lift gate delivery would also be an additional $70.00. Lam Research AC/AC-Converter TCP 3 AC (3 PH) 400V / 3 AC (3 PH) 208V LAM01E0102 Used but in good condition. The cables are cut short on this unit as can be seen in picture number 9. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures and so please check them carefully. I also have some other related Lam Research equipment such as a Lam 4520 etch system and a Lam remote panel. Due to the size and weight of this unit it will have to ship freight.
