    This is a Lamb Electric Vacuum Motor A Division of Ametek    116196-00    120 volts  60 Hz.  I put that it is used it has rust on the shield of the fan. It make it look bad but doesn't hurt it doing its job. I had cut the plastic insulation off the ends of the wires to check out the motor so I don't think it has ever been used. And the motor did check out great. It will jump out of you hand when it got power.  If you have any questions let me know and Thank You for looking.    James
