The LAMOTTE 1200-CL Code 3670-01 Single Test Colorimeter Kit is now available. The kit includes the Model 1200 Colorimeter with Fluoride testing capabilities and is sold as is without test tabs. This colorimeter series is designed to be portable and hand-held, making it perfect for field and laboratory use. The LAMOTTE 1200-CL Code 3670-01 Single Test Colorimeter Kit's specifications include a single wavelength direct-reading colorimeter, a 3-1/2 digit LCD display, and a Silicon Photodiode detector. It also has a sample chamber that accepts 25mm flat-bottomed glass vials with screw caps, and an LED light source. The colorimeter comes with a water-resistant design, perfect for excessive exposure to moisture in the field and lab. Battery operation requires an alkaline 9-volt DC battery, and line operation is 120V/60Hz, 220V/50Hz with an adapter. Its size is convenient at 15 x 8 x 5.5 cm or 6 x 3-1/4 x 2-1/2 inches. Designed to meet European CE Mark of compliance for electromagnetic compatibility and safety, this colorimeter kit is also EPA compliant. It covers the entire critical range of 0-4 ppm chlorine with 0.05 sensitivity and it comes with a complete and economical package for 100 tests or 140 tests with liquid reagents. This colorimeter kit also has improved accuracy with the use of a microprocessor that enables the factory programmed calibrations to optimally match non-linear curves. It has an auto-zero feature that eliminates the need to dial in the zero. The hinged light cover also prevents any stray light, especially in the field, and avoids misplacing separate light caps. One feature of the Model 1200 Series is its large display, which presents measurements in absorbance and indicates low battery warnings. An optional AC adapter is also available to save battery life when in the laboratory. It also features an RS-232 port to interface with a datalogger or computer, and an optional cable is available for purchase.
