Up for auction is a used Lang double stack natural gas commercial circulating air convection oven. The bottom unit is a combitherm convection steamer oven. It is all stainless steel construction. This unit is on legs. The top oven has 6 shelves and the bottom oven has 5 shelves. There is a temperature control and timer on both units. These units have not been tested because they are gas.
