This model with a stainless steel exterior and tank has a 30-pound shortening capacity and can fry up to 68 pounds of french fries per hour. It includes two half-size baskets with a manual basket lift system, along with a front-mounted oil drain ball valve. It also has a 12-kilowatt density heating element for even heating and increasing the life of the shortening.
