However the playback is a little slow sounding even after you adjust the tape speed switches(maybe a belt for the playback or I am doing something wrong?) The rewind & fast forward functions seem to spin fast as they should normally. It comes with the foot pedal you see pictured. The power cord to the transcriber has one damaged place, the black plastic coating is torn a bit, but no wires are damaged. Probably happened while be moved around and loaded on to pallets at govt surplus warehouse. I wanted to mention all details.
