If you receive a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging and box. We may request digital pictures of the damage/discrepancy item(s) for reference and arrange a free replacement after receiving the pictures. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. The returned item must be in the original packaging and complete with all original materials, showing no signs of use. Credit for your return will be issued back onto your PayPal account or Credit Card, but shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are returning an international shipment, please mark it with NO VALUE to avoid any duty payment. We accept payment through PayPal, and if you would like to pay with Master Card, Discover, or Visa, please email us. We also accept E-Checks and Credit Cards through PayPal. Orders are shipped the same day if they are placed before 10:00 a.m (Eastern Time). Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday. We ship via FedEx and U.S. Postal Service, and orders falling under the Flat Rate and Free Shipment are only delivered to Continental United States locations. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Protectorates is not valid, and shipping costs will be calculated separately. This jewelry carrying case is a must-have for anyone who wants to transport their sample trays with ease. Made of water-resistant black premium fabric, it is both sturdy and lightweight. It can hold up to 17 trays that are 1" (25 mm) high. When not in use, it folds away for easy storage. Please note that the trays are not included in the purchase. For international and expedited orders, actual shipping charges will apply. Processing time for packages usually takes two business days after payment is received. You will receive an email notification of shipment with a Customs tracking number.
