Not only does Laser One Opaque give you the ability to transfer vibrant images onto dark fabrics, it is also compatible with most cutters and plotter machines! You can contour cut your logos and design for a professional highly appealing result by eliminating the white border! Silicone sheet INCLUDED. Features: Vivid Colors Soft hand easy to use Basic Info -For dark garments only! -For heat press use only! -For Laser Printer use only! Instructions PRINTING 1. LASER 1 OPAQUE Paper works in most color laser printers and color laser copiers. 2. DO NOT mirror the image. Copy/print on the coated, unprinted side of the transfer. 3. LASER 1 OPAQUE Paper should be fed into the copier or printer with the short dimension first (grain long) using the by-pass tray. 4. Trim away the unprinted areas of the transfer if desired. 5. Slowly peel the paper backing from the transfer film, starting with a small tear in the corner to make separating easier Tips: If the paper is jamming in your printer: -Run the paper on heavy mode such as "transparency" or "label" to slow down the paper and allow more time for the toner to adhere completely. -Use the bypass tray, if possible. Feed the transfer paper into the printer in portrait orientation (shorter side first) -If none of these steps work, your printer may be too hot to run heat transfer paper. TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS Using A Commercial Heat Press Prepare the surface by making sure it is clean, dry, and wrinkle free 1. Place imaged transfer film face up on garment or substrate and cover it with the included ironing sheet. Re-use of the ironing sheets is not recommended. Place a flat single layer of fabric such as a pillow case or T-shirt over the ironing sheet. Press: 30 seconds at 350°F using medium pressure 2. Allow to cool completely before removing ironing sheet. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS Turn garment inside out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry on low heat setting. Do not iron directly on the transferred area. STORAGE AND HANDLING Store LASER 1 OPAQUE HEAT TRANSFER PAPERS in a cool, dry area and do not remove from carton or poly bag until you are ready to use. NOTE Dark colored polyester and nylon are not recommended because the dyes may migrate through the transfer. IMPORTANT: We thoroughly test each of our products on various substrates using different transfer equipment. However, it is impossible for us to duplicate all variables using all substrates and transfer equipment. Therefore, it is essential that you test the paper prior to production using your equipment, methods, and substrate material. Heat presses vary in accuracy.
