Red laser diode assembly. Includes adj. constant  power control module, 9V battery holder (battery not included) with integral power switch. Everything needed to power up and start experimenting right away. Battery lifetime should be about 12 Hrs. The laser is 670nm. Input voltage is from 5-15VDC. 40mA at mid range. The diode power is adjustable via potentiometer in module from 0-4.5mW. The diode housing 7mm diameter x 20mm long has an adjustable aspheric lens so the beam can be focused or collimated at ~ 2mm diameter. I will collimate the laser beam but can also focus at a specific distance if you e-mail me at purchase . The module is 27mm x 13mmx6.4 mm. Laser assemblies are shipped in antistatic bags. . They are surplus from  industrial equipment and originally were manufactured by PTI, AK.  I have about 148 units. I have some lens adjustment wrenches available. The lens spanner width is 5mm and the tangs are 1.54 mm long. Optional laser focus wrenches are $10 ea. I've used these to make laser pointers, an air pistol laser sight  and construction alignment tools. I'll ship a wrench free on orders of 10 or more lasers. Otherwise they are $10 ea due to machining cost.
