The Lathem 800P thermal print time recorder features patented library-quiet, thermal printing which means no ribbon cartridges or ink is needed. Administrators can set preferences for printing 12-hour time with AM/PM indicator, or 24-hour time. Minutes can be printed in hundredths of an hour to simplify tallies and day-of-week can be printed in English, Spanish or French.  Lathem's patent-pending Tru-Align feature provides visual and audio alignment indication and automatically triggers an imprint when a time card is properly inserted. This ensures that the imprint only occurs within the boundaries of the card's print cell for legible and easy to read attendance records. Amazingly easy to set up, just plug in the 800P time clock and you’re ready to record employee time. Right out of the box, the time, date and other time tracking settings are factory set. This smart technology time clock automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time and maintains the date, time and print settings even if power goes out. The 800P also features "Steel Tough" enclosure provides durable and maintenance-free operation, with no ink pad to fill or ribbon to replace and includes 25 Lathem E8 time cards to start you off.
