The Micro Combo II is the only machine that can press a variety of recipes up to 8" tortillas. The all-electric unit is highly efficient and requires no gas or exhaust hood. Ten minute clean-up and very low maintenance keeps the Micro Combo II working trouble-free for years. Features:   All food contact surfaces are easily removable to facilitate cleaning. Baking bands do not require chain lubricant or lime coating for their operation, thereby reducing the source of most contamination. The rake type turn-around chutes are easily removed for cleaning and are adjustable without tools. Utilizes true "hot plate" baking to produce superior quality tortillas, absent of the surface marks that result from metal booking belts. The unique patent pending design allows pressing and baking on the same continuous belt. This eliminates the troublesom transfer of the raw, formed tortilla to the cooking belt. All electric heating eliminates pilot and flame safety system. Unique design allows both loading and discharge of the tortillas to the same position minimizing labor to one person. Unique dough feed station assures safety of the operator. UL listed and approved control panel. ETL approved.
