This unit is not operational.  Nothing appears to be burned up inside and the fuses aren't blown, but when the power button is depressed, the LED's just blink and then stay off.  Might be worth something to some one for repair or spare parts.  Might just be a faulty power switch. Bidding starts low to generate interest. Handling charge includes box ($6), packing filler ($3), and labor ($3).  Shipping cost will depend on carrier chosen and where it's going.
