Leader is a well known company in professional electrical test equipment.   This item is built to last and has seen little use.  but it works, or a refund will be given if you ship it back. +++   This is a great tool to have around.  you can dial in a frequency, audio, across a huge range, and run it through a stereo, music amps, and so on to test the response and tone at all frequencies.   So you can use it to test the functioning of audio equipment. +++I have not calibrated it, but the accuracy can easily be checked with an oscilloscope, usually you have one if you know how to use this.       The dial sweeps the whole range 0 to 200,000 so you can adjust it precisely if for example you want to dial in 1,000 HZ, or 60 HZ .  There is a fine tune dial for extra precision, and you can select sine or square wave... very handy feature.  A high or low output switch, and jacks for output leads, and a line in for synch if you want. ++bid confidently, I have great feedback.  I describe my items well with details and provide good photos.  Shipping by UPS, about 6 pounds.   USA only please, lower 48 states
