Military Surplus Leader LTC-906 transistor tester in nice condition, have put a used battery in it to test it and plug a transistor into it and it worked right off the bat determining polarity via leds ,meter moves too but since we are not familiar with the istrument didn't inverstigate further . Military tag states that it miss power cable(I guess they were using it with an adapter instead of the battery ) and that it need calibration .Comes with Original box Instruction manual (not sure if it's the original but seem complete)wich describe operation and I think schematic is included too.
